On completion of the project, Infra Nouvelle will be managed by Infra Hotels and resorts Ltd, the hospitality arm of Infra Housing.

Every apartment suite owner will enter into a renewable lease agreement with Infra hotels and resorts Ltd for a period of ten years.

Every apartment suite owner will be entitled to 50% of the net average room revenue.

Net average room revenue will be determined on the basis of total room revenue divided by total number of apartment suites.

Net average room revenue does not include food bills, electricity charges and other service charges.

The revenue share for each apartment suite owner will be paid every quarter based on audited revenue figures.

Every apartment suite owner will be entitled for a free stay of Seven Days every year.

Owners or persons nominated by the owner can avail the free stay facility on prior booking within the same calendar year.

Infra Hotels and Resorts Ltd. will be responsible for the following services and all expenses for the same shall be met by Infra hotels and Resorts Ltd.
